Cold pasta with salmon, rocket and oil

Welcome back to the “Roby’s recipes” format

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to extra virgin olive oil up to flavoured.

I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.

But no more talk, let’s start immediately with the second recipe of the week!

Today I offer you a quick and easy recipe but with great taste:


Difficulty: very low
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Portion: 2 people
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Cooking method: stove


160g pasta (fusilli, farfalle, penne)
60g salmon
120g Pachino cherry tomatoes
30g rocket
MARCHESI GALLO olive oil to taste
Fine salt to taste< /p>

it can be prepared the night before for the following day.

Boil the pasta of the chosen format in abundant salted water, in meanwhile prepare you the seasoning.

Wash the cherry tomatoes and cut them into quarters, chop the salmon (also smoked if you prefer) and wash the rocket, dry it and dab it with a cloth.

Drain the pasta al dente, even removing it a minute before cooking times.

Run it under running water to prevent it from continuing to cook.

Add raw MARCHESI GALLO OLIVE OIL to prevent it from attacks, add the salmon, rocket and cherry tomatoes and put more olive oil.

Enjoy your meal, clean plate!
