Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavored oil-scented potato puree

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to extra virgin olive oil up to flavoured.

I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.

But no more talk, let’s start immediately with the recipe of the week!

Today I propose a quick and easy recipe but with great taste:

Mashed potatoes with the scent of Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavoured oil

Ingredients for 4 people :

650g of white-fleshed potatoes
100g fresh ricotta cheese
A little milk
Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavored extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt to taste

Wash the potatoes carefully, place them in a saucepan and cover with water.

Bring them to boiling, boil them over medium-low heat for about 20/25 minutes, until tender.
In the meantime, mix the ricotta with two/three tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil virgin olive oil flavored with Marchesi Gallo truffles.

Drain the potatoes and let them cool, peel them and mash them in a potato masher, placing them in a bowl, add the ricotta cream and Marchesi Gallo truffle flavored oil and mix until to create a soft mass to be flavored with a pinch of salt.
