Pan-fried pizzas with extra virgin olive oil

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to extra virgin olive oil up to flavoured.

I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.

But no more talk, let’s start immediately with the recipe of the week!

Today I propose a quick and easy recipe but with great taste:

Pan-fried pizzas with Marchesi Gallo extra virgin olive oil

INGREDIENTS:
150g of flour
80ml of water
1 Tablespoon of Marchesi Gallo extra virgin olive oil
1 Tablespoon of instant yeast for savory dishes
1 Pinch of salt

TO DRESS:
tomato sauce to taste
Marchesi Gallo extra virgin olive oil
1/2 mozzarella
salt to taste

PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine the flour, i yeast, water, salt, Marchesi Gallo extra virgin olive oil and knead until you obtain a soft and smooth dough.
Roll out the dough and make round circles with the help of a cup.
Heat a non-stick pan over low heat, then place the pizzas by pressing the center with your fingers, season with the tomato sauce and a drizzle of Marchesi Gallo extra virgin olive oil.

Cook for 5 minutes with a lid, after 5 minutes add the pieces of mozzarella and leave it to melt for 1 minute with the lid on. The pizzas are ready in 6 minutes.
