I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.
But no more talk let’s start immediately with the recipe of the week!
Today I offer you a quick and easy recipe but with great taste:
Pasta with walnut sauce and black truffle flavored oil by Marchesi Gallo
30g pine nuts
40g Parmesan cheese
1 clove of garlic
Marchesi Gallo truffle flavored oil q.s.
While the pasta is cooking in boiling salted water, blanch the walnut kernels in boiling water, this eliminates the bitter taste from the walnut. For the walnut sauce, soak the breadcrumbs in the milk, when it has softened squeeze it well.
At this point blend the peeled walnuts, the pine nuts, the breadcrumbs, the garlic, and finally add the Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavoured oil.
Make sure that the consistency is very creamy and add milk if necessary.
Use this sauce to dress pasta by adding a drizzle of Marchesi Gallo flavored raw oil.
