Taglierini with truffle flavored oil

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to evo up to the flavored ones.
I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.
But no more chatter, let’s start immediately with the second recipe of the week!

I love this ingredient in all dishes because it is known that an excellent quality and above all flavored oil is able to give the right note to every dish! Marchesi Gallo oil is for me the “Jolly” ingredients of all my recipes! Let’s start immediately hands-on and ready for a new appetizing but simple and quick dish like all my recipes, today I will let you discover a delicious first course:

320g egg noodles
80g of butter
Marchesi Gallo truffle flavored oil
Grated Parmesan cheese

Cook the pasta in a pot with boiling water for 5 minutes. In the meantime, toast the breadcrumbs in a non-stick pan with the melted butter and flavor it with the Marchesi Gallo truffle oil, be careful not to scorch the breadcrumbs. Drain the pasta and keep some cooking water aside. Pour everything over the pasta and add the cooking water because it will tend to dry out.
Serve in portions, sprinkle with a handful of breadcrumbs and a little more Marchesi Gallo truffle flavored oil.
And who also likes a sprinkling of Parmesan!
