Welcome back in the “Roby’s recipes” format

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to evo up to flavored ones.

I think using quality oils in cooking gives an edge to every dish you cook.

But let’s get started with the second recipe of the week!

Today I propose you a quick and easy recipe but of great taste:

a flavored oil with intense aromas, the aroma that spreads during cooking, a simple recipe but absolutely worth trying!

Difficulty: Low
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes
Servings: 8 people

800g of Lonza
150 ml of oil flavored with mandarin by Marchesi Gallo
Flour to taste
1 glass of white wine
1 lemon
Salt to taste
Balsamic vinegar to taste

wash the meat and remove the ligaments, then massage with Marchesi Gallo tangerine flavored oil pour in a baking dish with 50ml of the same oil, cover with cling film and let it rest for 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, take the meat put it between two sheets of plastic wrap and beat it with a meat mallet, then engrave it on the sides to prevent it from curling. Now pass it in the flour and shake to remove the excess flour.
Heat a non-stick pan and pour two tablespoons of Marchesi Gallo tangerine flavored oil , then cook the escalopes, now add the wine and as soon as it has evaporated, pour the remaining oil and finish cooking.
Serve and decorate with a few drops of vinegar balsamic, marjoram leaves and finished with a drizzle of raw Marchesi Gallo flavored oil!
