I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.
But no more talk, let’s start immediately with the recipe of the week!
Today I propose a quick and easy recipe but with great taste: Pizza with truffles
Ingredients:
500g of bread dough
250g of mozzarella
50g grated Parmesan
1 truffle
Coarse salt to taste
Rosemary to taste
50ml of extra virgin olive oil flavored with Marchesi Gallo Truffle
Flour to taste
Preparation: Work the bread dough on a floured pastry board, spread it on a baking tray covered with parchment paper, grease the pasta with Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavored oil, rosemary and coarse salt.
Cut the mozzarella into large slices and place it on the pasta, sprinkle with Parmesan.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes. Once cooked, take the pizza and sprinkle it with truffle flakes and another drizzle of Marchesi Gallo truffle-flavoured extra virgin olive oil.
