Olive oil biscuits flavored with lemon and limoncello

I am passionate about cooking but above all about oils, from organic to extra virgin olive oil up to flavoured.

I think that using quality oils in the kitchen gives an edge to every dish you cook.

Enough talking, let’s start right away with the second recipe of the week!

Today I offer you a quick and easy recipe but with great taste:

COOKIES WITH OLIVE OIL FLAVORED WITH LEMON MARCHESI GALLO AND LIMONCELLO

INGREDIENTS:

200g 00 flour
1 egg
100g sugar
60ml olive oil flavored with Marchesi Gallo lemon
1 sachet of vanilla yeast
1 small glass of limoncello

PREPARATION:
First of all, work the egg with the sugar and the small glass of limoncello in a bowl, with the help of an electric whisk or a wooden spoon. Then add the lemon flavored oil from Marchesi Gallo, mixing everything well.

At this point, add the flour, the sachet of vanilla yeast for desserts and mix, mixing everything well.

Pour the mixture into a pastry bag with a star nozzle and form the biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper (if you don’t have a bag, you can also use a spoon).

Put in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes and take them out as soon as they turn golden.

Once ready, let them cool thoroughly on a wire rack and arrange them on a serving plate and serve.
